Here you'll find two guides: one for creating/maintaining sites or pages within the School of Medicine Web Standard, and one for pages external to this system.

School of Medicine Web Standard

The School of Medicine maintains a powerful, browser-based system for the upkeep of internal and department/center/program sites, without the need for web authoring software such as Dreamweaver. Standardization involves the porting, or creation of a site into this system, which facilitates consistency amongst sites in regards to look and feel, as well as the accessibility of information.  Student organizations are encouraged to participate, but this is not currently required.

Create/Manage Pages Outside of the Web Standard

Traditional methods of authoring are still needed for certain functionality, such as intranet (password protecting parts of a site).  As well personal pages, which are not endorsed by the School, or reflective of administrative/departmental communications.
