OIS Phone Support Switches to Main Campus
On October 9, 2009, OIS phone support switched to main campus. This switch in service enables us to provide 24x7 phone coverage while simultaneously relieving our walk in help desks of the constant interruption from incoming phone calls while they are trying to service walk in customers. All other OIS customer services, including walk in areas in MacNider and Bioinformatics remain unchanged.
Customers will be able to reach telephone support by calling our current number, 966-1325, or the ITS support line, 962-HELP (962-4357).
