New OIS Satellite Help Desk
Many of our customers located south of Manning Drive have expressed concerns that our Client Services group, located in the medical wings, is too far away to be able to respond to trouble calls effectively. In an effort to provide better service and more rapid response times, starting today, we will be stationing a help desk technician on the 6th floor of the MBRB building during normal working hours, in a space generously provided by the Department of Cell and Molecular Physiology. From that location, our technicians will be able to respond much more quickly to our customers that are south of Manning Drive. For assistance, those customers should continue to call our help desk number at 966-1325. The technician at that number will generate a trouble ticket and dispatch the satellite technician.
