How can I import my Outlook address book into webmail?
Import Outlook Address Book into webmail:
The first step in importing your Outlook addressbook into webmail is to export it from Outlook in a format that webmail will understand. Open up your Outlook addressbook, click on the File menu, and select "Import and Export ":
When the Import and Export Wizard comes up, select "Export to a File" and click Next:
Choose "Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click "Next":
Select the "Contacts" folder and click "Next":
Select a location where you will be able to find the file, name it, and click Next:
Now, go into webmail, click on the "Address Book" tab and then on "Import/Export":
From the import window, browse to the location where you saved your address book file. Be sure to select "Microsoft Outlook CSV" in the Import format drop down, and click on Import:
